7. Service Satisfaction and Adjustments

If you have any concerns about a service, please contact the salon on the same day as your service. Complimentary adjustments are provided at the salon's discretion. Refunds are not available on completed services or used and installed hair products.

Retail product returns are accepted only on unopened products within 2 days of purchase, accompanied by a receipt.
